We also offer non-mortgage related products & can advise on life cover, critical illness & other family essential products. We are regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority, meaning complete protection for the advice we give & to the people recommended & referred to us by our existing clients.
Our Goal is simple, we want to make every client transaction as simple as we can, by offering a professional, bespoke streamlined level of advice & service. Buying a house, whether it is the first or twenty first can be quite stressful so at DH Mortgage Brokers, our team endeavour to make the mortgage element the smoothest part of the total transaction. We don’t just advise on the mortgage but can help clients with other parts of the process such as the Buildings cover, compulsory on any house purchase, to selecting a conveyancer where we can help control the service, & our duty to make sure there is peace of mind for the family & dependants financially should anything unforeseen occur.
As a business we have worked in finance and customer service for nearly 10 years & as the proud owner love everything about it. My passion for customer service is at the forefront of my business & this is reflected by our team & business ethos.
Our bespoke service means we are constantly reviewing our clients throughout the mortgage term, which enables us to help you take advantage of the great rate deals available, & possibly saving you money , but definitely saving you time as we research all of the market in readiness for when your existing rate is about to finish or where there is a need to review due to a change in circumstance. Good mortgage advice shouldn’t last a lifetime, bad mortgage advice could.
We offer a range of services for mortgage clients, from First time buyers, to new purchasers, to constructing portfolios for new buy to let landlords, to helping gearing changes for experienced ones, we can deliver both the bespoke service & advice these diverse market places need.

Having worked in financial services for over 13 years he knows what it takes to give a great customer experience. Just like Kate, David insists that all mortgages are tret like their own to ensure the right advice is given at all times whilst ensuring all client needs are met.
